Term Of Contract

This contract is between Xenon Warranties.com (The provider) and the owner of the vehicle listed below. This contract provides coverage for the specific items and labor costs as defined in the provisions listed under “Covered Parts” and “Labor Coverage” for a period of 5 years without mileage limit starting 24 hours after we (the provider) receive a complete application with all pertinent information regarding the covered vehicle and purchaser. The purchaser must comply with all terms and conditions of this contract in which to provide for payment of authorized repairs.

Covered Parts: Only these specific parts will be covered by this contract. Ballast (computer) HID bulbs, igniters, adaptive lighting computer and HB3 bulbs.
 
The decision regarding the replacement of the above listed parts will be at the discretion of the Administrator. Replacement parts may be with like kind and quality (i.e. new, used or remanufactured).
 
Labor Coverage: This service contract will pay up to $75.00 (seventy five usd.) per approved claim for each individual headlight with NO deductible (including diagnosis and tear-down) Xenon Warranties.com agrees to provide and deliver the replacement parts to the repair facility as well as pay for labor costs up to the limits set forth under the labor coverage provision of this contract within 2 business days of the claim being approved.
 
Exclusions: Failure caused by collision, fire, flood, vandalism, aftermarket components, manufacturer recalls, natural disasters, acts of God, negligence, and failure directly related to a non covered part.
 
Eligibility: All vehicles manufactured after January 1st of 1995 that were produced with such lights as original manufacturer equipment except vehicles titled as salvaged, junk, rebuilt, flood damaged or vehicles with invalid or missing V.I.N. numbers.
 
Cancellation: This contract may be terminated by either party with a full refund in the 1st 60 days of coverage or on a pro-rated basis afterwards provided no claims have been made by emailing us at www.xenonwarranties.com/cancellations. This contract may be transferred by the original purchaser as part of the sale of the vehicle to an individual within 30 days of the sale for a $25.00 transfer fee.
 
The purchaser acknowledges that at the time of signing this contract He or She has inspected the xenon lamps of the vehicle and found them to be working properly. The selling dealer named below does not have any liability under this warranty contract except to send payment with copies of all pertinent information in order to activate this contract, furthermore, the selling dealer has NO AUTHORITY to alter, modify, or elevate the pre-printed terms set forth in this contract or it shall be considered fallacious and therefore null and void. YOUR SIGNATURE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT without relying on any statements or promises other than what is listed in this contract.
