Q: Will this warranty cover aftermarket HID lights?
No; we only provide coverage for original factory equipment.
Q: Is there a deductible?
No; our policy has zero deductible.
Q: How do I file a claim?
Either you or your service facility can file a claim by going to the claims tab on our website and entering your contract# as well as your name and vehicle information.
Q: Is this warranty transferable?
Yes; but only if your vehicle is privately sold and not traded in or sold to a dealer. A $25.00 transfer fee will apply. The warranty covers the vehicle originally listed in your contract and may not be transferred to a different one.
Q: Can I purchase a policy for my other vehicles?
Yes; you may do so by visiting our website, you will need the dealer id # stamped in your contract and the brochure provided to you by your automobile dealer. You may also call or visit your dealer and register your other vehicle(s) through them at no extra charge.
Q: Will this warranty cover labor charges?
Yes; up to $75.00 per incident per side.
